Copyright and Photo Rights/Usage

Clients, who purchased a license for these marketing/media assets, is hereby authorized an exclusive, global, limited, fully-paid license to use said marketing/media assets for purposes of marketing on any electronic or printed form of advertisement and personal use including social media.

This license does not grant or constitute a transfer of ownership for any intellectual property rights, which are all explicitly held by So Gold Marketing.

The marketing and media assets cannot be sold to another agent who takes over an expired or withdrawn listing, as the purchasing agent does not own the assets, but rather the right to use them. The purchasing agent may reuse photos if the property is temporarily removed from the market.

Payment:

We like our clients to have seen the photos before paying. Our automated system allows viewing of photos before paying and automatically releases the photos for download as soon as the balance is settled.

For commercial usage rights, please contact us for licensing fees.

Please note that our photographers are unable to provide assistance with cleaning or moving any personal property due to insurance limitations. We recommend that you make any necessary arrangements prior to the photographer's arrival. Thank you for your understanding.
